Don’t you wish you had it all figured out? I certainly do. But I think I’m finally realizing that not having it figured out is part of the fun.

Hi, I’m Renee. I’m 28, a travel enthusiast, a songwriter, and a music teacher. I’m just in this world trying to figure out what the heck I’m doing and what God’s plan is for my life. So far, I’ve done pretty okay. I graduated from college, got to travel the world singing, have maintained a good relationship with my family and haven’t had a root canal. I’m counting these as wins. However, life also throws us curveballs. Seriously, left and right, and for the first time in a long time I’m feeling like I’m being bombarded with curveballs. First of all, how your balls get so curvy? Second, why the heck me? Third, why the heck not? This blog is the story of a girl, trying not to fall apart, and figuring out how to place her trust in Jesus in this crazy crazy world.

My blog posts will probably not make your 12th-grade grammar teacher proud, sorry about that. But, I’m hopeful I’ll get better. In the meantime, come aboard. Let’s do this thing together.
